SISU X Performance Breathworks

Our second retreat, in collaboration with Andy Ritchie from Performance Breathworks, offered women a restorative space to recharge and reconnect.

Earlier this month, we made our way back to the beautiful Ardmay House in Arrochar for our Spring Retreat. With stunning scenery all around us, we spent the day moving, breathing, laughing, and just being. From cold dips in the loch to grounding breathwork, nourishing meals to mindful movement - it was the perfect chance to hit pause, recharge, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us in cultivating calm, clarity, and connection - a beautiful reminder of the strength found in community.

" The cold water dip was an amazing experience. I really valued having everyone do it together, where we supported and cheered each other on. "

" The most beneficial part was learning practical ways to manage stress and being in a calm, supportive environment. "

" Thank you…it was a really valuable experience. I felt supported, relaxed, and learned new ways to care for my mental health. "

" I loved the breathing exercises and all the different types of movements and techniques and exercises Andy taught us. The food was also a bonus. "

" The highlight was the long walk, followed by the sauna and swim. It was very relaxing and helped clear my mind. "
